The town hall of Saint-Chamond represented by its mayor Hervé Reynaud has signed a partnership agreement with our association Saint-Chamond Espoir represented by its president Yves Laval. The municipality of Saint-Chamond undertakes to support Saint-Chamond Espoir in the implementation of its projects on the territory of the rural municipality of ROSHI with the aim of developing cooperation actions of an economic, cultural, social and educative. Saint-Chamond Espoir undertakes to continue its actions on the territory of ROSHI by promoting exchanges between the municipality of Saint-Chamond and the rural municipality of ROSHI. The community of communes of ROSHI (equivalent to a French department) is made up of 17 villages for 4500 inhabitants. We will be present on site (9 volunteers) the second half of March 2022 to organize a health camp in two of these villages and we will not fail to keep you informed about this project and the actions that will be carried out in this community of communes of ROSHI.
